I now own 6 of these knives and all were delivered as sharp as sharp could be, you must wash all before use but especially the Bjorn, because of the acid etching it really needs a good cleaning before use, the only negative is, if you get the sharpening wheel it will not reach the top of the blades of the Ragnar or Gunnar, the wheel has about a 50mm hight and these knives are about 80mm to 100mm, so you will need to use some intervention to sharpen them, my surgeon is to put your holding block on the counter and have your sharpening wheel on a chopping board, apart from that I'm extremely happy with my knives

What a great knife great design and razor sharp

We are throwing out our other knives. We have four knives from northern knife now and we are so glad that we do. This knife cuts just as it should. Smooth and effortlessly.

The blade is a bit too deep. It’s a nice handle-biased fine-edged precision tool. However, as the smallest knife in your range I think it could usefully be smaller, especially in the blade depth, meaning it doesn’t follow hand motion telepathically. Or maybe you need a 4” paring knife.

Robust build. Used regularly

Love this knife, comfortable handle used most days preparing food at home.

The best quality knife I've ever owned id 100% recommend Northernknifes to any one

.

Love my knife.

I bought this for my son who loves his Loki knife. The tiger clever is another fantastic knife from northern knife. High quality blade and well weighted. The handle feels great too.

I’m due for my next delivery tomorrow which included the new flick knife which I’m exited to get

Thank you North knifes

Got the floki and bjorn 2 for myself and 2 for my father dont usually source from online stores but the delivery was rapid ,

Straight away you notice the quality of wood from touching the handle comfortably fits straight off the bat & the design is beautiful & so are the balance of the blades , Craftsmanship is top notch I’m pretty confident with the design and full tang & overall quality of the floki I could replace my camping knife with it🫡🤣

I bought these on my brother-in-law's recommendation. They're easily the best outdoor knives for cooking I have, and we use them for BBQs and wild cooking. To be honest, I use them in the kitchen as well. Look lovely always a talking point with the chaps and are sharp as hell. Don't think about it, just buy one.

Excellent knife I have now got a collection of 10 knives from northern knife set out in shadowboard in my internal draw in my kitchen cabinet

I started with the loki knife and I loved it so much that I've also purchased the Tiger Cleaver, Loki blackout, Bjorn Santoku, chef and utility aswell as the sharpener and all the sheaths to go with the knives. Recommend these to anybody
