Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
As part of our return and refund policy at NorthernKnife, we would like to emphasize that an item must be unopened and in its original box to be eligible for a refund. We attach great importance to the hygiene and safety of our customers, which is why opened items cannot be refunded. This rule is intended to ensure that our customers receive new and intact products, while preserving the hygiene and safety standards that we are committed to maintaining. Upon placing your order, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the delivery of your order. Please provide maximum information during your delivery (phone number, exact address, etc.). NorthernKnife is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages due to absence during delivery. However, if the package is damaged during delivery, we will send you another copy free of charge.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Once all the necessary conditions for a refund are met, we kindly ask our customers to send us a clear photo of the received package, with the tracking number visible. This photo will be inspected by our team to verify compliance with the conditions stated in our return and refund policy. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once our team has received the package, a further inspection will be conducted to ensure that the products have not been opened. If all the conditions are met, the customer will receive a refund within 15 to 20 days after the completion of the inspection. Please note that a fee of £10 will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and handling costs.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@northernknife.com.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified that you have returned the item.
Shipping
To return a product, simply send an email to contact@northernknife.com to receive all the necessary information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You can return products purchased from us within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases if:
(a) you received a product with damaged or contaminated packaging; (b) you received a defective or otherwise faulty product; (c) you received the wrong item.
