I was given mine as a gift, after I had expressed interest. Well, I love it so much, that my wife, who gave me the gift, bought 3 more for my Sons and I bought this one for my brother in law. I love my knife, I use it for everything, and it has pride of place in my kitchen. I love the feel of it, the curve of the blade and how much I enjoy using it.

Have used the dragon cleaver for a couple of BBQ’s and gone down well it cuts like a hot knife through butter

My Loki knife is the best knife I have ever bought, and the leather sheath is just a piece of class.
The knife is super sharp, and so far, has stayed that way. The beautifully made sheath is amazing. It fits the knife snugly which ensures that my fingers remain intact ! It protects the blade due to it's fit and the fact that it is made out of the finest and thickest leather.
I found Northern by chance whilst searching the web but would, without hesitation, highly recommend them to everyone.

Bought this knife with great anticipation of its arrival and was not disappointed!! I would highly recommend to all.

10 out of 10 for quality sharpness and the balance on the knife is spot on. I've been a professional chef for over 30 years and I would put theses on a par with my professional set of FREDERICK DICK. Takes a little while to get used to the weight (which is not heavy) now I’m handling it like a expert chef, I wish haha

Grab this knife, put something on your chopping board and start cutting. You will start looking for more things to cut, you will feel at a loss when you have to stop!!
The handle, for me, is just right, fits my hand great, is keyed to the blade beautifully, there’s no twisting or turning. You feel confident when you start to build up speed - and its confidence you need because it’s as sharp as hell.
All I want now is a holster……..
