Wood-Fired Tomahawk Steak

What you need : 

1 Tomahawk steak (2–2.5 inches thick)
Coarse salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika
Hardwood charcoal or open fire
Cast iron grate or steel grill

How to Cook : 

1.Let the steak reach room temp. Season generously.

2.Sear directly over flame, 2 min per side.

3.Move to indirect heat. Cover and cook 15–20 min (until 130°F inside).

4.Rest 10 minutes.
